Review : Thank you very much for the exceptional service your technicians provided us yesterday. Your assessment was absolutely correct about the spring tension. Charlie figured it out in about 2 seconds and adjusted the spring tension so that the door is properly balanced. It works perfectly now. Your response time was great and Charlie was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for all your help and I will not hesitate to call Access if I have any garage door related issues in the future!

I am very glad I selected Access as my manufacturer/installer rather than some of the others I had bid. Braden was a knowledgeable, informative and (importantly) honest person to deal with. His explanation of what is available and what my options were sold me on Access. My house is the nicest lookin’ one in the neighborhood now and I have had countless neighbors come over specifically to tell me how good they look. Fast, clean, efficient, on time, fair price, knowledgeable installers… as a General Contractor I wish all my Subs were half as good at their trades as you guys are. Summary : Very Good Experience from Beginning to End

Review : I decided to use Access Custom Garage Doors because I was impressed with how they handled the bidding and with what their product looked like. They did 4 brand-new doors for us and their work was perfect, unbelievable. They were timely and the workmanship was superb. They also cleaned up well afterward. Summary : Service Department Rocks !

Review : Please let me extend to you my sincerest appreciation for what I believe was extraordinary service that was provided by the Access Garage Door service department. I was on my way out of San Diego to Colorado when it became apparent my garage door would not close. There was no way I was going to be able to fix the problem as the cable had snapped. I was frantic as I needed to get on the road to meet a very tight schedule. I called Access and placed myself and my predicament in their hands. Low and behold 25 minutes later the technician arrived ! Joe was kind, compassionate, and the consummate professional. He said, “I’ll have you guys on your way in a few minutes.” I couldn't believe it! But, true to his word, 25 minutes later he had completed the task and I was so grateful. Your staff had helped me in what I considered a period of dire need and I will be forever grateful.
